StorHub Narangba

In December 2024, Regisbuilt was awarded the Design and Construction contract for Storhub conversion project in North Lakes, QLD. The facility has an envious drive-through covered roadway, meeting offices, box shop and a hightech security system throughout the facility.

Regisbuilt and Storhub collaborated to lead the design team throughout the design phase and building permit procurement. A key design challenge was engineering an economical internal floor structure that could support traffic throughout the ground floor while accommodating self storage units directly above the internal driveway. The design involved a robust floor system with a 5-metre floor-to-floor height. Complementing this was a sophisticated mechanical system designed to ensure consistent movement of clean air throughout the facility, enhancing both operational efficiency and user comfort.

A soft opening was completed in July 2025 which enabled trading to commence before final completion in September 2025.
