Regis Built have completed two stages for Storage King Narre Warren. The design phase of stage two involved coordinating structural and fire engineering to achieve an economical build solution. The process involved FRV approval. The final design included fire isolated stairs, lineal heat detection and compartmentalization.
The structural engineering involved three levels, that utilized steel framed floors and timber flooring.
