Store Local Pakenham

Regis Built was awarded this project in August 2022, with design and building permit procurement commencing straight away. Regis Built began on site in November 2022 (Stage 1).  As this project was residential facing, Regis Built had the facde designed to adhere with local planning framework.  This site design was complicated by a large fall across the site, poor geotecnical conditions and the geometry of the building.

The building being only 10m in with added to the structural design needing extra bracing.  The project is unique as it will be one of the first facilities on this size to be fully automated with no phyical manager on site.

The facility will be handed over in November 2023.
